Corporate Services

In addition to looking after the personal financial affairs of our business clients, Asquire advisers can also provide corporate financial planning services. We work together with other professional advisers such as accountants and solicitors to develop and implement a robust financial planning strategy for our corporate clients.

A vital part of building a successful company is the development of a best benefit strategy for the business. This is a service we provide to our business clients, ensuring that they can focus on the challenges of a competitive business environment and that they are sufficiently protected while doing so.

Whether it involves the introduction of new employee benefits, the provision of customised, flexible employee packages to your work force, or even simply reviewing, streamlining or strengthening existing requirements, working with Asquire allows you to set a range of priorities and options so that you receive advice and assistance that is tailored specifically to fulfil your requirements and suit your needs.

Irrespective of whether the process involves straightforward life cover or complex pension planning, Asquire Wealth Management endeavours to make that process as simple and as hassle free as possible. We will work with you to create an efficient, easy to use package of benefits for your employees.

Corporate Financial Planning

Managing issues such as corporate pensions or corporate cash balances can be an unwelcome distraction from the main priorities of your company.

Working with the right adviser takes these distractions away from management and can turn a potential problem into a solution that adds value to your company.

We bring the same philosophy to our corporate advice as we do to our dealings with personal clients. The relationship is based on clear, open and transparent communication and regular access to highly-qualified advisers.

Our work with business clients is frequently done in partnership with other advisers, such as solicitors and accountants. Co-ordinating professional advice means that clients get a coherent and comprehensive solution to their business needs.

Corporate Insurance

Our business clients often work within demanding schedules, and the nature of their business can be quite complex. As such they are not always able to give the necessary consideration when analysing important aspects of corporate insurance, and therefore they cannot secure the appropriate protection.

At Asquire, our advisers are keenly aware of just how important it is for a business to secure the correct protection; that awareness is reflected in the meticulous and thorough manner in which they identify the right insurance for each specific business client.

What We Offer

Asquire offers our business clients specific advice on all types of corporate insurance, offering a range of comprehensive services that include:

  • liability insurance
  • professional indemnity insurance
  • residential landlord insurance
  • motor fleet insurance

We can determine if your policies are fit for purpose, if your cover is correct and sufficient, if your premiums are too high and can have your policies reviewed on an annual basis by an restricted insurance broker.

Employee Benefits Schemes

Having an effective benefits and remuneration strategy that is clearly communicated to your employees can be a tremendous boost to the retention and recruitment of high calibre employees. A range of employee benefits arrangements that enhance financial security often fosters a positive work environment, and can also prove to be more tax advantageous than an equivalent increase in salary.

Asquire assists its business clients when they look to put an employee benefits scheme into place. Our advisers recognise that no two companies are the same, and work diligently to identify the requirements of the business and the needs of your employees. We advise our clients on the most cost effective strategies that can add significantly to levels of employee productivity, morale and retention.

We provide our business clients with advice that includes a range of product providers carefully selected and monitored by Asquire Wealth Management. This advice includes amongst other things:

  • Group Pension benefits – Designed to meet your requirements, within the current regulatory regime
  • Group Pension benefits – Designed to meet your requirements, within the current regulatory regime
  • Group Income Protection arrangements – Providing for employees in the event of long term illness
  • Death in Service schemes – Ensuring that employees dependents are covered should the worst happen
  • Employee reward statements – Helping your employees understand and appreciate the cost of the benefits you provide.
  • Flexible benefits – Allowing employees flexibility in regards to the benefits you provide to suit their circumstances.
  • Salary sacrifice arrangements – Facilitating employee access to tax efficient benefits whilst at the same time reducing National Insurance costs for employers.
  • Private Medical Insurance – Ensuring your employees health and wellbeing and reducing their absence from work waiting for medical treatment.

Asquire’s advisers can assist with new group pension implementation and review existing pension arrangements. We can provide advice on Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) or Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP) for Directors and Group Personal Pensions (GPP) for staff. If your company currently cannot contribute to a group pension for employees, we can set up a Stakeholder Pension Plan to provide your staff access to a pension required by legislation.
Pensions can provide a tax efficient benefit to employees, allowing them to plan in confidence for retirement. Alternatively, more comprehensive and complex arrangements can be used by directors to fund the purchase of the company premises, or other commercial property, and can also be used as part of an exit strategy for those nearing retirement.
